Our Sweet little man Carter Lee Wasson went to be with his guardian angels on Sunday, October 29, 2017. He was at home with his loving family.
Carter was born on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Meadville Medical Center.
God gave Carter Lee to his parents for a short time. When his mommy was just 21 weeks along, he was diagnosed with Trisomy 18; because of this condition, his daddy and mommy decided that Carter Lee and God would decide when he would go home. He was loved through it all. Carter Lee was a dream come true for his daddy and mommy, and they hope he knows how much he is loved and will always be loved and missed. He has touched the hearts of many and he will remain in our hearts now and forever.
Infant Carter was the son of his loving parents Donald and Jessie (Raleigh) Wasson. He had a big sister Sophia at home, his paternal grandparents Clair Wasson and his wife Mary, his aunts and uncles Kyle and Lori Raleigh, Will Raleigh, both of Geneva, OH, Debbie Owens of Espyville, James Forsythe of Perry, OH, Deb and Rick Kaylor of Sandy Lake, Tina Raleigh of Ohio, Heide Callahan of Meadville, his close relatives and friends Evelyn McGrath, Carol Callahan, Danny Stone and his wife Sharon, Jim Gillespie and his wife Mary Frances.
Infant Carter Lee will be watched by his guardian angels who went before him Kyle Raleigh and his wife Sandy, Robert McGrath, Lynn Forsythe, Maddy Helms, Jim Callahan, Jr., Emily Rose Trumble and Oliver Trumble.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12 PM on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT STREET, MEADVILLE, with Rev. Jeff Wilson, Pastor of Christ Evangelical Free Church, Saegertown, officiating.
In lieu of flowers please bring a package of diapers or baby wipes on the day of the service, which will be donated to the Pregnancy Center in Carter Lee's memory.
