Connie L. Fabela

October 26, 1965 - November 23, 2017

Connie Wescott-Fabela passed away in her home on the 23rd of November, 2017, at the age of 52.
Connie's journey began in Meadville, on October 26, 1965.
At a young age, her spirit of adventure would lead her to San Diego and a wealth of new experiences, including motherhood. Connie returned home to Meadville, where she has spent the last 15 years dedicating her life to her family. Connie especially enjoyed helping people in need, riding her bike, cooking, and visiting new places. She was gentle and also strong. We now mourn the loss of Connie, who brought light and love into the lives of so many. She will be remembered for her fun-loving spirit, her unwavering selflessness, and most of all, her smile. Connie was truly captivating. Her greatest gifts in life were her three children; her son Paige, and her daughters Camryn and Jordyn.
In addition to her children, Connie is survived by her mother Helen, her father Ernie, her husband Odon and her siblings, Michael, Jody, Buffy, Jamie, and Brian. She also leaves behind 16 nieces and nephews. Connie will be painfully missed.
Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, November 30, 2017, from 2-3 PM at New Beginnings Church of God, 13226 Leslie Rd., Meadville, where a Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM with Pastor Temple Jarrell and Pastor Larry Wofford of Beacon Liberty St. Temple Church of God in Christ, officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of STEPHEN P. MIZNER HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE.
