John Fredrick Bone, age 71, of Linesville gained his wings on Saturday, July, 8, 2017 at his significant others residence.
He was born on June 24, 1946 in Meadville. The son of the late Walter Bone and Margaret Pisarchick Bone.
John was a member of the United States Navy from 1963-1966, and he served on the USS St. Paul. While serving in the Navy he got the opportunity to meet and shake John Wayne's hand. John worked at Conneaut Lake Park, the Seton & Kerrtown Bingo Halls, and was later the manager of Mr. Donut's. John loved attending flea markets, Miller's Auctions, playing texas holdem, and was a big Cleveland Browns fan. He was a past member of the Eagles Club, where he enjoyed bowling and played darts at twos company. John was a loving father who had a heart of gold, and would do anything for the people he loved.
John is survived by his significant other Rhonda Owen of Meadville, a daughter: Cassandra Siverd and her husband Mike of Clover, SC, five sons: Regis Bone, of Orlando, FL, Michael Bone and his wife Amber of Escondido, CA, Timothy Bone and his wife Wendy of Engelwood, CO, John Bone Jr. and his wife Andrea of Loveland, CO, TJ Bone and his wife Jessi of Meadville, twenty grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, three sisters: Pat Owen of Conneaut Lake, Rose Whelan of Somersworth, NH, Gina Hunter of Meadville, one brother: Butch Bone and his significant other Sue of Springboro, a step-daughter: Holly Matters and her husband Chuck of Espyville, three step-sons: Matt Hyde of Jamestown, PA, Andrew Hyde and his significant other Cheyenne Gramsky, and Eric Hyde of Greenville, PA, his first wife: Terry Taylor, his second wife: Peggy Noel. John is further survived by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by a sister Cathy, a nephew John Hinds, his third wife: Brenda Hyde.
All are welcome to attend a Celebration of Life Service on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 3 to 7 PM at the Kerrtown Community Center, 18834 Hope Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
