Judith Haugh, age 66, of Cambridge Springs, PA passed away after a short illness on October 17, 2017 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Judi, the daughter of the late Anthony Garbacz, Jr and Cecilia Oleksak Garbacz, was born on October 23, 1950 in Oil City, PA. Judi graduated from Venango Christian High School in 1968, and enrolled in the St. Vincent School of Nursing. After receiving her nursing degree from Venango County Votech, she began a nursing career at the Presbyterian Home and the Springs Manor both in Cambridge Springs. After forty years of service, she retired in 2012. She belonged to the Gam Sac Mah club in Cambridge Springs, was a member of the CAVAS auxiliary, and enjoyed league bowling, cooking, cross stitching, and spending time with her grandchildren
Judi is survived by her husband, Chuck Haugh, whom she married on January 15, 1972; her daughter, Kelly Wintemute and husband, William of Corry, PA; her son, Chad Haugh and his wife, Megan of Edinboro, PA; her grandson, Jacob Haugh; her granddaughter, Emma Haugh; and her grandson, Owen Wintemute. Further survivors include: her brother, David Garbacz and his wife, Amy of Mars, PA; her brother, Michael Garbacz and his wife, Wendy of Reno, PA; her sister, Susan Strus and her husband, Tim of Oil City, PA; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Van Matre Family Funeral Home in Cambridge Springs on Friday, October 20th from 2-4 and 7-9 and on Saturday, October 21 from 9:00 a.m until 10:00 a.m. when a mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Anthony's of Padua Catholic Church of Cambridge Springs with Rev.
