Lydia Mae Miller, 87, of Meadville, PA, died at Wesbury Grace Health Center, September 15, 2017.
She was born July 7, 1930, in South Side Pittsburgh, PA, a daughter of George Willie and Sivilla Hanson Willie. She was married first to Fred Weber and after his decease married David Miller. She had one still born child. She attended the Meadville Wesleyan Methodist Church.
She was very fond of her cat and loved watching the cooking channel on TV. Until recently she had almost perfect attendance for many years at the Meadville Wesleyan Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers: George R. Willie, John Russell Willie and Roy Willie; and three sisters, Edna Ebbert, Alberta Willie, and Audrey Willie.
Appreciation is extended to Cheryl Lantz for many years of helping with Lydia's grocery and doctor trips, to the ARC of Crawford County for helping her with her finances, and to Dr. Bailey and all of the staff at Wesbury for exceptional care.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Meadville Wesleyan Methodist Church with Pastor Paul Houseworth officiating. Interment will be at the Greendale Cemetery, Meadville, PA.
It is requested that any memorials be made to the Meadville Wesleyan Methodist Church or to the ARC of Crawford County.
Cremation arrangements entrusted to the care of the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 3223 Perry Hwy., Sheakleyville.
