Robert (Bob)'s Story
Robert (Bob) G. Keller Sr., 80 passed away on November 28, 2017, at his home in Cochranton. Bob was surrounded by his family and best friend, Sparky. Bob was born on September 8, 1937 in Indiana, the son of Lavern Keller (Helen) and Belva Walters (Robert). Bob married the love of his life, Alice Keller on July 25, 1970.
After spending six years in the Army, Bob came to Meadville and began working at Channellock. When Bob was younger he would spend his time drag racing and cruising in his car. After marrying the women who dumped coffee, in his car, Bob spent the remainder of his life devoted to Alice and their children, Missy and Robby. Bob had an amazing humor and loved to make people laugh.
Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Alice Keller, his parents and step-father, Lavern Keller, Belva and Robert Walters.
Bob is survived by his children Robert (Aldi) Keller and Missy (Shawn) Runninger as well as his grandchildren; Shelby (Bret) Runninger, Amber (Alex) Runninger, Shawn Kline and Chandler Keller and his sister, Sandy Peak.
He will be deeply missed.
Family and friends may call on Saturday Dec. 2 2017 from 1PM to 2PM with a service to follow at Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin St, Meadville.
