Sharon Jessie Sharon Halsey Jessie, 71, formerly of Meadville, PA, passed away on December 27, 2018, at Castle Rock Adventist Hospital, Castle Rock, CO after a period of declining health.

Sharon was born on October 8, 1947, to Rodney and Leone Halsey, of Townville, PA. She was a 1965 graduate of Townville High School. She was Office Manager at Weldon of Meadville for many years, and Accounting Manager at Abbatron until her retirement.

She moved to Castle Rock, CO in 2015 to be closer to family. She loved spending time with family. She also enjoyed traveling throughout the country with her sisters, her patio garden, playing cards, playing Words with Friends, and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Sharon's beautiful spirit will forever be cherished by her family: sisters Carol (Bill) Granda of Castle Pines, CO, and Heidi (Paul) Hirsch of Redding, CT; nieces Kristen Granda and Kaitlyn Hirsch; nephews Chad Granda and Cameron Hirsch; grand niece Kaylee LaShier; grand nephews Brayden LaShier and Miles Granda; and her beloved cat, Minnie.

True to her generous nature, Sharon chose to be an Organ & Tissue Donor. She was cremated and a private service was held. A memorial will be held in Meadville at a later date, and her ashes will be interred at Kingsley Cemetery, Townville. Anyone wishing to honor her memory can donate to her favorite charities: The Wild Animal Sanctuary, 2999 Co Rd 53 Keenesburg, CO 80643 or your local Humane Society.
