Norman Eugene Rossey Jr., age 29, of Meadville, PA passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017.
He was born on April 23, 1988 in Meadville, the son of Norman Rossey Sr. and Susan Kostenbauder. They survive.
Norman was a Marine Helicopter Mechanic for two years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, playing pool, riding four-wheelers, and cooking.
Norman is survived by his father Norman Rossey and his wife Brenda Rossey who raised him, his mother Susan Kostenbauder and her boyfriend Mike Overmier, a daughter: Naylee Cross of Morristown, TN, three brothers: Devin Rossey of Meadville, Alex Rossey of Meadville, Steven Kostenbauder of Albion, two sisters: Shelly Trypus and her husband Ryan Trypus of Meadville, Crystal Kostenbauder of Meadville, grandparents: Helen Bish and Harold Bish, Mr. & Mrs Clarence Crawford of Guys Mills, and Martin Ruby of Cochranton, Aunt's and Uncle's: Sherry and Doug Delp, Charles (Ray) and Shelly Kostenbauder, Chet and Robin Crawford of Conneaut Lake, Tammy and Danny Cotherman of Guys Mills, Ronald Crawford and his girlfriend Lisa Reed Shields of Corsica, PA, James and Lynn Crawford of Meadville, Barbara Smith and Larry Buford, Laurie and Bill Brawley of Meadville, Brenda and Wayne Glee of Meadville, Charles and Sham Rossey of Meadville, Janet and Tom Alexander of Conneaut Lake, Brad and Virginia Rossey of Conneaut Lake, nieces and nephews: Preston Proper, Keairia Proper, Conner Kostenbauder, Jordon Kostenbauder, Jesse Peterson, and David Bish.
Norman was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Charles and Joyce Rossey, Charles Kostenbauder, a cousin Joanna Cochran-Rossey, and his great grandmother Louise Rudy.
The Celebration of Life Service, officiated by Rev. Sandra Butler, with dinner to follow, will be held on Friday May 26, 2017 from 1 until 5 PM at the Station 27, 18208 Cussewago Road, Meadville, PA 16335.
