Anthony S. Drago, Jr.
Anthony S. Drago, Jr., 54, of Meadville, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at home.
Anthony was born in New York, NY on October 4, 1965, a son of Anthony "Tony" and Nancy (Ryan) Drago
On December 3, 2013 Anthony married Renee Stevens; she survives.
For the past 33 years Anthony was employed by Channellock Inc. where he worked in the Machine Shop. He was a volunteer fire fighter for 32 years, most recently for Vernon Township and previously with the former Dick Hose and Keystone Companies. He took pride in being a volunteer fire fighter and over the years held every office including Chief. He was a 1983 graduate of Cochranton High School. In his down time Anthony enjoyed collecting antique and unique knives, especially hand forged Damascus knives. He enjoyed going to flee markets in search of old and hard to find pieces. Drago (Shari) of Geneva, OH, many nieces and nephews.

Many wonderful memories of Tony when we both were with Vernon Fire Dept. Not to mention him and Renee coming to visit me in the snow while I was in the hospital for a tibia/fibula break. Rest easy my brother, you’re in good hands now.

I was so sorry to hear of his passing. I remember him as a baby and a little boy with blond hair and those blue eyes. My heart goes out to all of you .
