Barbara Diane Ennis, a cherished member of the Meadville community and a beacon of resilience and friendship, was called home on August 2, 2024, after a long battle with cancer.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and kinship, survived by her sister, Susan (James) Hauser (nee Bristol); brother-in-law, Larry (Gail) Ennis; beloved nieces and nephews, Bristol (Todd) Canaday, Dori Hauser, Carl Hauser, Sheree (Mark) Workman, Cristy (Scott) Anderson, and Tyler (Julie) Ennis; and her adored great-niece, Annabelle, and great-nephews, Tristan, Lucas, and Maveric.
In honor of Barbara's memory and her courageous fight, the family suggests that contributions be made to the Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Institute in Meadville, PA, or to a cancer-related cause dear to your heart.
Her Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
