David L. 'Tut' Livingston
David L. "Tut" Livingston, age 81, of Linesville Rd., Jamestown passed away Tuesday evening May 15, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Jamestown on March 16, 1937 a son of Harry W. and Mary J. (McCormick) Livingston. On June 20, 1959 Tut married his high school sweetheart the former Doris Field, she survives. He was a self employed meat cutter and opened Livingston Packing Co. in Jamestown in 1962 he then opened Livingston's Quality Meats in Conneaut Lake in 1995. He was a member of Westford United Methodist Church, Jamestown Fair Board, past president of the Pennsylvania Meat Processors Association, past King Lion of the Jamestown Lion's Club, past president of the Northwest PA Maple Producers. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, mowing grass, and making maple syrup. He is survived by his wife of Jamestown, two sons; David A. Livingston and his wife Terri of Jamestown and Dennis E. Livingston and his wife Cheryl of Hartstown, a daughter; Donna D. Livingston Smith and her husband Duane of Jarrettsville, MD, a sister, Jean Shilling and her husband Ronald of Charlotte, NC, two grandchildren, Corrine Livingston Morian and her husband Matt of Linesville and Ryan Livingston of Jamestown, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Cleon Livingston and a sister, Mary Elizabeth Jamison.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday 5-18-18 in Loutzenhiser-Randall Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown with Rev. John Hodge, Pastor of Westford United Methodist Church, officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday 5-17-18 from 4:00-7:00 PM, a Lion's Club Necrology Service will be held at the conclusion of visitation additional calling hour will be held Friday 5-18-18 from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will be private in South Shenango Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Westford United Methodist Church building fund 2031 Westford Rd. Westford, PA 16134.
