Meadville, PA - Deanna Louise Walker, 42, of Meadville, passed away of natural causes suddenly at home on Monday, May 4, 2026.

Deanna was born in Meadville on July 31, 1983, a daughter of Philip and the late Diane (Nichols) Walker.

She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church.

Deanna was a 2002 graduate of Meadville High School and attended Great Lakes Institute of Technology's Veterinary Assistant Training Program. She was a lover of all animals, big and small. Deanna's hobbies included crafting, scrap booking, gardening, genealogy, cooking, and baking, especially bread. She loved time spent with family and she would do anything for anyone. Her caring and nurturing heart was often the glue that held all of the family together. Although she was a kid at heart, she possessed a deep motherly instinct. Deanna was determined and selfless. Whenever there was the need, she was a care giver to her family. She was a second mother to all of her nieces and nephews and she loved them like her own. She will be sadly missed.

In addition to her father, Philip, Deanna is survived by sisters Jessica Burr (Shawn), Tanya Walker, both of Meadville; a brother, Brian Walker (Nicole) of Guys Mills; eight beloved nieces and nephews; her favorite four-legged friends Traby her dog and Blue her cat.

She was preceded in death by her mom, Diane Walker.

Visitation is 3-6 PM on Friday, May 8, 2026, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, where Funeral Services will follow at 6 PM, with retired pastor Jim Tubbs officiating.

Deanna will be laid to rest in Rundelltown Cemetery, Conneautville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
