Donald A. Hollabaugh Sr.
Donald A. Hollabaugh Sr., 63 of Franklin passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at UMPC Hamot in Erie. Born in Meadville on August 18, 1953, he was a son of the late Kenneth and Lillian McCury Hollabaugh. He was a graduate of Franklin High School. Don was an avid billiards player, and was President of the Corner Pocket Pool league and was a member of the George Eakin Memorial team. Donny will be greatly missed by his Corner Pocket friends who were like a second family to him. In addition to Billiards, Don was a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers and NASCAR fan. On August 18, 1989, he married the former Roberta J. White and she preceded him in death on September 28, 2016. Surviving is his son Donald A. Hollabaugh Jr. and his wife Amy of Meadville; four grandchildren, Trent, Tegun, Tiahna and Talaya Hollabaugh all of Meadville; six siblings, Linda McCune of Franklin, Judy Pitfield of Ohio, Jean Wjoton of Ohio, Mary McClintock of Rouseville, Kenny Hollabaugh of Cochranton and Art Hollabaugh of Franklin and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 W. Park St. Franklin where family and friends are welcome from 2:00 - 6:00 P.M. on Sunday. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Cliff Forbes of New Beginnings Church of God in Meadville, officiating. Interment with committal services will follow at Peters Cemetery and all are welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Venango County Humane Society, P.O.
