Saegertown, PA - Donna Lois Canfield, age 87, of Saegertown passed away at her residence on Sunday, May 25, 2025. Lois was born in Troutdale, Va on August 19, 1937, daughter of the late Ellis Paul Halsey and Mary Anderson Halsey. Lois was crowned the Crawford County Livestock Queen which was the forerunner of the Miss Crawford County Pageant and then graduated from Townville High School with the class of 1955. On February 25, 1956, she married Glenn Alfred Canfield, and they enjoyed fifty-four years of marriage until his passing on June 18, 2010. She was passionate about her flower garden, was an excellent cook and seamstress, and enjoyed traveling with her husband. She was a member of the Iroquois Club, Red Hat Society, Saegertown Women's Improvement Club, and was an active member of the Saegertown United Methodist Church.

Survivors include Daryl Canfield and his wife Elizabeth Jane of Saegertown, and their daughter Kimberley Halsey McGill and her husband James and their children JD and Glenn McGill, and their daughter Bethany Castle and her husband Michael; daughter Sandra Woge of Mount Holly, NC and her four sons: JR Woge, Ryan Woge and his wife Susan Winans and their son Max, Orry Woge and his wife Jari and their daughters Hazelynn and Ivory, and Colton Woge; daughter Jacquelyn Hasenkopf and her husband David of New Providence NJ and their children Benjamin, Christopher, and Madelyn; brother Richard Halsey and his wife Theresa of Ohio; and her special caregiver for over thirty years Terry Prutzman

Friends may call at Van Matre Funeral Home, Cambridge Springs on Friday, May 30 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and are invited to the funeral service to be held at 1 o'clock at the Saegertown United Methodist Church on Saturday, May 31, with the Reverend Jeff St. Clair officiating.
