Meadville, PA - Donna Jeanne Hollenbeck, 79, of Meadville PA, formerly of Conneautville, passed away suddenly on February 17, 2026 at UMPC Hamot. She was born on September 17, 1946 in Meadville PA to the late John P. and Ruth "Hutchinson" Kuhn.

Donna was preceded in death by her two brothers Robert and William Kuhn sister Ruth "Toot" Clatworthy, ex-husband John Hollenbeck and significant other Gary Agnew.

She is survived by her daughters, Lynn (Gary) Cocolin and Renee (Kurt) Morini, grandchildren Jonathan and Kyle Mattera, Haylee Morini, Elizabeth (Kevin) Rehak and greatgrandchildren, Adyson, Coltin and Aubrey Mattera. Over the years she worked for Wallace Hyde Jr. (driving school bus), helped run the family farm, Talon Corp, and Multi-Tool & Dye Plastics.

She was known for her strong and loving spirit. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren with a passion. A way of showing her love was through her cooking and personalizing everyone's favorite recipe. She enjoyed quilting and was always crafting unique items for the family. She enjoyed tending to her beautiful flowers and passed this on to her daughters. She was always supporting her grandchildren's sporting and school events and loved to spend summers lounging by pool with them. Her second love was her camp in Warren County, where she enjoyed bear hunting and most recently trapping. There were many memories made and stories shared at camp. Donna was the true and beloved matriarch of the family. Our chain broke the day Donna passed and will link again in God's time.
