Joletta Lynn Luciano Borneman, 33 of Cochranton, drowned Saturday, June, 30. 2018 while swimming in the Wisconsin River. Born in Erie, she was the daughter of Michael Luciano and Marsha Philips. She enjoyed writing, spending time with friends and had a great sense of humor. Survivors include her father, mother, three children, Vincent Nageotte, Lillie Borneman and Garret Warren, a sister Stevie-Rae Luciano, 4 brothers, Thomas, Michael, Luke and Joseph Luciano, her maternal grandmother, Wilma Boyle, a special friend, Jan in Wisconsin and several aunts and uncles. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
