Saegertown, PA - Margaret "Peggy" P. Hatch, 70, of Saegertown, passed away Friday, February 20, 2026, at Meadville Medical Center.
Peggy was born in Meadville on December 8, 1955, a daughter of the late Harry and Jean Lorraine (Haemer) McCaslin, Sr.
On May 11, 1991, Peggy married Ralph Hatch; he preceded her in death on October 19, 2015.
Peggy was a 1975 graduate of Conneaut Valley High School. After more than 30 years of service, she retired in 2018 from C & J Industries, where she was a Team Leader. A sports enthusiast, Peggy liked watching football, tennis, basketball, hockey and golf. She enjoyed reading, doing word search puzzles, and had a soft spot for cats and dogs.
Peggy is survived by two sisters, Carol Williams (partner David Garlick) of Greenville, Sally Irons (Jim) of Meadville; two brothers, Harry McCaslin of Greenville, Terry McCaslin of Guys Mills; many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
Family and friends are invited to call from 2-4 PM on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at STEPHEN P. MIZNER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 404 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE, where Funeral Services will follow at 4 PM, with Rev. Jeff Conley officiating.
Peggy will be laid to rest with her husband, Ralph, in Rundelltown Cemetery, Conneautville.
