Myrtle Beach, SC - Margaret Evelyn White, age 92, passed away peacefully in Myrtle Beach, SC on February 14, 2026, after a short illness. Born in Butler County, PA to Joseph and Laura Worsk, she married Raymond C. White in 1951 and spent most of her adult life in the Pymatuning Lake area, before moving in recent years to live with her daughter in Canfield, Ohio.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Marjorie LaFerle, and brother Richard Worsk. She is survived by her daughters Vicki Ferko of Canfield, Ohio, Joni Fertig of Myrtle Beach, SC and Laurie White-Brant of Morehead City, NC; her grandchildren Gina Fertig of Sharpsville, Abby Makabali of Cleveland, and Donald Ferko, III of Canfield; seven great-grandchildren; and her nephew and niece, Joseph and Sandra Worsk. The heart of her family, she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on May 3, 2026, at the Westford Methodist Church, with a dinner immediately afterwards. Friends and family are invited to share memories and honor her legacy. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Westford Church.
