Neva M. Poly
Neva M. Poly, 94, of Meadville, passed away March 7, 2019. She was born October 13, 1924 in Mount Hope, Pennsylvania daughter of Desire A. and Kathryn E. Schweitzer Poly.
She graduated from Cochranton High School in 1942, and attended Mason Felix School of Cosmetology. Neva worked for National Machine Tool Builders Association for five years and Talon Inc, in the Data Processing Dept for 31 years before retiring.
Neva was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Lloyd, Edward, and Howard Poly. Two sisters, Dorothy Abel and Clarice Poly, and a nephew Michael Poly, a niece Elaine Trent and a grandnephew Daniel Poly. She is survived by her two nephews, Robert Abel of Heiskell, Tennessee and Dennis Poly of Omaha, Nebraska. Also, two nieces, Judith Harmon of Anderson, Indiana, and Suzanne Poly of Loudon, Tennessee, and sister in law Louise Wesgirda Poly of Omaha, Nebraska.
She was a member of St. Agatha's R.C. Church in Meadville.
A memorial Mass will be held at St. Agatha's Church at a later date.
