Randall (86) passed away on November 15, 2022, at his home in Richmond, VA. Born in Townville, PA, the son of Charles D. and Arlene Miller Strawbridge, deceasesd. Brothers Keven, Kyle, and Evan also predecease him. A 1954 graduate of Townville High School, he held Civil Engineering degrees from Cleveland State University and Northeastern University, Boston. He and his wife, the former Barbara Dozier, were married in 1964 in Williamsburg, VA. They relocated to Richmond, where he had a 55-year career as a structural engineer, retiring in 2020. Surviving him are his son Andrew (Tracey); daughter Lauren (Jeff) Polon; eight grandchildren; sister Joyce Castile and nieces Darlene Richards and Brenda Metheny, of Meadville; brothers Lowell and Dale. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Richmond, VA
