Many people crossed paths with Vic, and I will wager that each person found Vic to be humble, witty, likable, honest and considerate. I have seen him help tenants in his and Karen's rental homes in their difficult times.

I have the pleasure of knowing Vic since High School. He was a very good player, but very modest and self-deprecating, often poking fun at himself, win or lose. His wife Karen and all of Meadville has lost a wonderful citizen, and I pray that he rests peacefully in heaven.
