Meadville, PA - William Delbert Baldwin, 86, of Meadville passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025, after a period of declining health. Bill was born in Meadville on March 21, 1939, son of the late Howard Baldwin and Florence Spencer Baldwin. He married Emma Gail Foister on May 2, 1969, and she preceded him in death on September 12, 2000. After enlisting in the US Army in 1957, Bill served multiple tours in Vietnam from 1965-1972. Bill had been employed at several Meadville businesses including ABEX and Spauldings and was a member of Vietnam Veterans Post 52, Meadville.

In addition to his wife Emma Baldwin, Bill was preceded in death by brother Fred Adsit.

Survivors include brother Robert "Bob" Baldwin of Meadville, son Jim Baldwin and his wife Michelle of Springboro, daughter Nellie Kuhn and her husband Sean of Meadville, grandchildren: Christopher Baldwin, Samantha Alvarado, Jenny Byrne, Joshua Trypus, Ashlie Albaugh, and Hallie Lambert.
